1. Scope
This policy applies to the website VpsKeep operates at vpskeep.com and the related console, ordering, billing and support ticket services. When you browse the site, create an account, rent a dedicated physical Mac mini or contact support, we handle relevant information as described in this policy.
We distinguish between two types of data: account and transaction information needed to operate the service, such as email addresses, orders and support records; and the code, assets, models and configurations you create or upload on a rented machine. Each rental is a dedicated physical node, not a virtual machine. The sections below explain the access boundaries for each type.
This policy explains how personal information is handled and does not change the model, billing cycle or service term confirmed in your order. This policy is governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction where the platform operator is based. Any dispute will be handled by a court with jurisdiction in that jurisdiction.
2. Information we collect
Account email. We collect the email address you provide to identify your account, verify logins, send order notifications and respond to support requests. Use an address you can access. Never share email verification codes, account passwords or other credentials that could be used to access your account on public pages or in support tickets.
Order records. We record your selected model and node, billing cycle, add-ons, order total, payment status and related service term. These records help us provision your machine, verify charges, process renewals and explain bills. Login logs may include login times, IP addresses, browser or device details and verification results. We use them to detect unusual access and troubleshoot account issues.
Support content.Descriptions of issues, log excerpts, screenshots and necessary order identifiers you submit by email or through console tickets become part of your support record. Share only what is needed to troubleshoot. First remove code secrets, connection passwords, certificate private keys and personal information unrelated to the issue. Do not upload an entire project instead of describing the problem.
3. Payment information
We accept USDT-TRC20 and Visa / Mastercard / Amex processed by Stripe. All payments are in US dollars (USD). The payment methods available at checkout are determined by the payment gateway response. Stripe processes card details; we do not store full card numbers. Your account and billing records retain the order and payment status needed to verify transactions.
For USDT-TRC20 payments, we record only the transaction hash and amount to verify payment for an order. A transaction hash can be linked to transfers on a public blockchain, so do not post an unredacted payment screenshot showing your account email, order details and transaction hash in a public discussion space.
To ask us to verify a payment, provide the order identifier, transaction hash or Stripe receipt number in a console ticket. Never send a full card number, security code, wallet private key or recovery phrase. Support staff do not need these secrets to check a bill.
4. How we use information
Service delivery and billing. We use account and order information to confirm your rental, assign your selected physical node, display the service term, verify payment and process renewals. We use your email to send essential notices about your account, orders and support requests. Providing unrelated personal information is never a condition of machine delivery.
Security reviews.Login and activity records help us detect suspicious logins, protect accounts, review disputed activity and investigate security incidents. Access to these records is limited to what is needed for the matter at hand. Security troubleshooting is not a routine reason to inspect project files on your machine.
Customer support. We use ticket and email content to understand issues, troubleshoot, share outcomes and retain necessary support records. If troubleshooting requires access to a specific file or your rented environment, we will first explain what we need to access and why, and ask for your authorization. You can provide redacted logs first to avoid unnecessary access.
5. Data on rented machines
You own the code, build artifacts, assets, models and other files stored on your machine. We do not proactively access their contents. Managing the infrastructure does not mean routinely inspecting project files. Keep your connection credentials secure; do not put them in public repositories, screenshots or unredacted support attachments.
If you need help troubleshooting an issue on your machine, specify the scope of authorization in your ticket, such as particular logs, directories or actions. Support work will focus on the issue you described and will not involve requesting unrelated content. Where possible, provide error messages, command output or redacted screenshots instead.
Before ending your rental, export any files you need to keep, stop automated tasks, and revoke project tokens, deployment keys and other access permissions. After the rental ends, access to the original rental is closed, the user environment and data are cleared, and the machine is reinitialized before it is provisioned again. Do not rely on an expired machine for backups or long-term storage. Contact support through a console ticket to confirm the cleanup status and whether anything can be recovered; this policy does not specify an unconfirmed data retention period.
6. Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies or similar local storage keep you signed in, validate requests and protect account security. Your language preference lets us remember your chosen page language. These functions do not require access to files on your rented machine.
We use site analytics to understand page visits and how key entry points are used, such as plan views, clicks on order links and visits to help content. Analytics should not include passwords, verification codes, payment secrets, ticket content or files from your machine. This information should not be added to page URLs or event labels either.
You can view or clear this site's cookies and local storage in your browser settings, and limit non-essential analytics requests. Clearing session data may sign you out; clearing your language preference means you will need to choose a language again. Blocking essential cookies may affect login and order actions. Browsing public pages and using authenticated account features have different storage requirements.
7. Data retention and international transfers
We offer 4 Asia-Pacific locations: Singapore, Japan (Tokyo), South Korea (Seoul) and Hong Kong. Your selected location determines where your rented machine is hosted, and files on the machine are stored there. If you connect from another region or transfer files, data will travel over the network to or from that location. Choose a location that meets your project's data requirements.
Account, order, login log and support records are handled separately from files on your machine. Choosing a machine location does not determine where all account and billing records are stored. If your project has specific requirements for storage location, access or international transfers, contact support by email before uploading data or placing an order to ask about the arrangements.
We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the service, complete billing, handle support, conduct security reviews and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. We do not apply one retention period to all information. When information is no longer needed, it should be deleted or de-identified. If transaction or dispute records must be retained, our response to a deletion request will explain why and what is retained. Data on rented machines is handled through the rental-end cleanup process and is separate from account record retention.
8. Your rights and contact
You can request access to account and service records relating to you, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion of information that is no longer needed. Submit a ticket through the console after signing in, or contact us from the email address associated with your account at support@vpskeep.com. Use either of these channels for privacy questions, data handling concerns and related requests.
State the type of request, the account email involved, any relevant order identifiers and what information you want us to address. Do not include passwords or verification codes. To prevent others from accessing your data, we may ask you to verify control of the account. Verification materials will be limited to what is needed to confirm your identity; we will not ask for project files unrelated to your request.
After verification, we will explain the outcome or tell you what additional information we need. If some records must be retained for an open order, billing checks, dispute resolution or applicable record-keeping requirements, we will explain what cannot yet be deleted and why. Deleting account information does not export files from your machine or end your rental. Before making a request, back up any data you want to keep and complete the relevant steps.
